"Fantastic experience and service from start to finish..."
From the moment we booked (which was super last minute) to when we checked out, the service was top-notch. Everything went off without a hitch. The apartment was spotless and in a prime location. Ayesha Akhtar, the Senior Guest Relations Specialist who took care of our booking, was truly a treasure. Her dedication to managing our reservation and her readiness to answer questions was really impressive.

"Helpful and Quick to Respond!"
I had a really good experience with Citybase Apartments - Ayesha was super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout all my dealings.
I needed to secure an apartment on short notice, and they really went above and beyond to help me out late on a Friday. The place was fantastic, and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay. They also made sure the deposit was returned quickly after I checked out.

"Top-notch Customer Service"
Ayesha was amazing - she really had her eyes on me as the customer, and her communication was spot on the whole time. I first found the apartment rentals online and had the chance to reserve through various comparison platforms.
Since my booking was pretty last minute and the choices were all over the place on each site, I decided to reach out to the team directly for some info.
Within a few hours, I was connected with Ayesha from guest services, and from the get-go, she was super quick to reply and ready to help with property choices and pricing (even with the hassle of changing my arrival date and adding another guest).
She guided me through everything from my first question to the final reservation and truly made a stressful situation way more manageable.
I can't recommend her enough!
